The company was establish to provide a legitimate facade for Leilani to move about the galaxy as she performed her role as a spy. She is able to gain access to a number of planets with very few questions asked. She has acquired gems, small pieces of artifacts, holo grams, and digital records to giver her business a look of genuineness. She has a single employee a droid to take messages and act a front for Leilani.
For her to do business as a broker she locates an artifact and finds a buyer for it. Or she is hired to find an artifact and procure it for her clients. Sometimes she is able to financially support groups who are looking for artifacts as long as they turn over half of what they find to her to find buyers for, or to make deals with museums.
She also financially supports archaeologists across the galaxy for a portion of their find.
RATIONALE
As Leilani began to move about the galaxy she realized she needed something that was tangible to get into parties, meetings, and sometimes government offices. While she has skills that assist in her role as a spy she had to find something unique, something that would pique curiosity. One evening at a party she couldn't help how people gathered around a small fragment of metal to learn where it came from and how old it was. It was then she realized she knew what to do. Researchers could provide her all the details on the pieces, and she could regurgitate it word for word as well as be schooled on all aspects of an item. It is a perfect front for her.
She maintains and office and a warehouse for looks.
