On contract with the Galactic Alliance, Tampson Consolidated has created a coat especially for Federal Law enforcement officers, primarily meant for Marshall's inspectors and Sector Rangers. With durasteel and cortosis threads interspersed into the armor weave at a 1 in 6 concentration, the armor is highly resistant to energy weapons and lightsabers, while providing adequate protection to other threats. The armor is somewhat heavy, but what's a little weight when well-armed fugitives are blasting at you, eh? Subtle embroidery in the coat surface has the name of the Federal Agency the owner is attached to. It can be seen and read at arm's length, but blends into the coat at greater distances.
