Staff Critique Threads Have Come To An End

Staff discussed this several weeks ago as a solution to the constant "softballing" we feel the members have become complacent with. While I have always maintained it is Staff's position to serve the community, the Critique threads have devolved from their original intent. The original intent was "How can we get better?" and was to serve as a method of transparency between the community and the Staff Team.

I feel, and I'm sure others also feel, that's it become Complaint Central concerning statements and mindsets of "Me, me, me." I feel like this is no longer constructive towards community or it's morale and am therefore suspending all future Critique Threads indefinitely.
