DESCRIPTION
Where as the G20 glop grenades were designed to subdue crowds, the ST0 grenade is designed to bring a single target to a standstill. Instead of dispersing the foam in a wide radius, the ST0 focuses its dispersal in a smaller spherical area, allowing it to completely cover a target whether for a bounty or simply to by time for an escape. The foam becomes brittle after a few minutes, allowing the prisoner to break free, or the captor to break in and slap on restraints.
