Strengths:
- Heavy Hitter: The Heavy Laser Cannons and Heavy Ion Cannons on this fighter allow it to hit hard
- Stealthed Up: Even without the Stygium Cloak being on, the Nykkalt Hull renders this starfighter virtually invisible to electronic sensors
- Can’t hide and Hit: This starfighter needs to decloak to fire weapons or activate conventional shields
- No Droid: There is no space on this fighter for an Astromech droid, meaning no inflight repairs and the nav computer has to handle all hyperspace jumps on its own.
- Limited Firing Arc: This starfighter, with the intention to aid in maintaining passive stealth, has a firing arc limited to its front 70 degrees.
This fighter was designed to bring heavy firepower to an engagement swiftly and in secret, then escape the field in the same manner. With the stealth systems that this role required, the fighter was also designed to act as a lone scout, collecting data while stealthed to deliver to allied forces. The only issue with the secondary role, however, was that active scanning wasn't protected by the stealth systems. Enemies could zero in on the source of active sensor emissions, even if the fighter itself would remain invisible to electronics via the nykkalt and everything else via the stygium cloak.
