That will depend largely on the whims of whomever takes the contract. They can be produced in whatever quantities the winner desires, though obviously the more exotic materials and esoteric systems get put in, the more the overall cost of the line goes up. Thus, to ensure quality is maintained, such measures would necessitate a lowering in production numbers unless other revenues were explored.
