So, much like the season, it took a moment for it to arrive, but with the confirmation this morning from site for me as Faction Owner comes an initial opening of work from both your staff team here and YOU the membership!

- We Need You!!! - We are opening up Staff and Moderators. No specific positions, but if you have an idea of how you can help the faction, send me a PM. Keep it short and to the following template:

Time With the Faction:
What Position & Why: Admin? Mod? And what qualifies you for it, or what you bring to the table.
This PM will be shared with current staff and we will collectively make decisions on who to recruit. There is no minimum or maximum number we are recruiting, and not being chosen now doesn't mean we might not call you back later, so to speak.
- Great! Where Are We Going?! - ORC has always been member driven and a haven/sandbox environment for all the unique ideas. Have an idea for a PVE campaign? A dominion? Maybe a skirmish or campaign or even invasion? Let us know here via a PM. We'll be making a 'grab bag' of ideas to supplement the ideas and campaigns from staff.
- Faction Contests - What are some thematic contests you like to see ran OOC? Planet creation? NPC Race or character? Force Schools? Various tech or weapon contests? What kind of rewards would you like to see? Be thinking about these, and feel free to send a PM pitching your idea.
