STRENGTHS
  • The Walking Fortress: The size of a small city, it can move from place to place. The defenses of multiple shield generators that create a shield dome prevents it from being orbital bombarded for a considerably long time.
  • Extreme Weapons Platform: Ranging from the Proton Beam Cannons installed with Baradium Missiles that can fire into orbit to destroy capital ships, this thing is a menace in all the right reasons and is to be respected in combat. In addition, it can fire a few miles away towards its target and probably hit it, meaning if one was to get close, it would have to get away from its long range weaponry, then the missiles, then finally onto all its close range weaponry.
  • No Blind Spots: Unlike most designs, this one has no real blind spot. The are weapons on the legs, the feet, just about everywhere this a blaster cannon pointing at the enemy. Even repeater blasters are scattered inside the inner walls, ready to fire on whoever is approaching.
WEAKNESSES
  • Aged Horribly: The place is in disrepair, to keep something like this running not only costs a lot of credits, but most of the parts made were six hundred years ago. Given that, if anything breaks, most likely it will never be repaired.
  • One Step at a Time: To move an entire leg requires a complicated process...in turn, it takes five minutes to even move one foot. To reach a mile, it can take over three hours, meaning this is not going anywhere important in a hurry, much less turn to face a particular part of the planet.
  • No Transporting This: This thing is the size of a small city, there is no starship currently in existence that can even move it, much less anything that can tow it if it was to break down.
  • Why Can't We Focus All Firepower?!: The main issue is that while it has all the weaponry to fight an army, it can only use weapons at certain ranges designated. When an army gets to close, the Proton Beam Cannons up top can no longer shoot them and after going into short range, gone through the Dome Shield Generator, it can no longer fire its missile batteries since they are up top along with some laser cannons/turbolasers.
  • Go Through The Dome Shield Generator!: Unlike most shield generators that wrap around said object, the two projects a dome. With it being rather aged, it can still be passed through by normal means. A ground assault most likely can go through the shield generators or fast assault gunships to drop personal troops.
  • Shoot the Proton Beam Cannons!: The Proton Beam Cannons are linked to a horrible weakness. If both sets are destroyed, the entire power grid goes into a meltdown state within the reactors, making the Isotope-5 Generators implode, disabling and partly destroying the entire Spirit of Holowan in one go.
  • Shoot the Underside of the Feet!: The underside of the feet have never been repaired in the last six hundred years, given how heavy the place is to even move. Underneath is a lot of gears, gizmos and dirt. If one foot is destroyed, it can no longer turn. If two are destroyed, it can no longer move. If three are destroyed, it collapses on its own weight and crashes into the ground, destroying several critical systems and the engine is destroyed.
  • Fire Into the Silo!: If the hatch opens up for the Baradium Missile, it takes at least two minutes to fire one missile. If a starfighter got close and let loose even a single concussion missile, it be more than enough to destroy the central area of the Spirit of Holowan, crippling it in one blow and making it non-functional.
DESCRIPTION
To describe how this was even created, one must go back six hundred years ago, decades after the One Sith had occured. Those at Holowan Labs were deeply concerned as to the state of the entire galaxy as a whole along with their own creations. Having been responsible for the creation of the IG Series, they decided to instead go into near seclusion and send freighters in and out to sell their products from a small world known as Altiria/Anarris. Agreeing with the Chiss Ascendancy at the time, they paid in small part taxes in return for full protection from the galaxy. Over time, the best minds in the galaxy would come all around for creating droids and ended up creating over a span of forty years, the Spirit of Holowan.

The Spirit of Holowan is the size of a small city, held up by six extremely large legs. Powered by several large block engines with an Isotope-5 Reactor to fuel the entire vehicular fortress, it had been considered a large paradise. Several landing pads even exist for some light and heavy freighters to land for delivering supplies yet as time went on, paranoia filled the place. Droids they created were tasked to putting on things considered for large acts of war. Proton Beam Cannons, triple ones no less were added into the main area for defense against large starships. Suddenly though there was fear an uprising was coming so they wanted a deterrent. Henceforth, two Baradium Missile Launchers were added in along with a rather complex GroundSweeper-3 and 3K40 Targeting System. Over time, lots of turbolasers and defenses were added, including two DSS-02 Shield Generators, more than enough to last a long standing bombardment.

After one hundred years, estimated to be near 357 ABY, they have created several testing AI and one got out. Calling itself "Holowan", it proceeded to take over all current standing droids and kill off all personal till it itself, existed alone. News across the planet spread that contact was lost and anyone that attempted to approach it would end up being destroyed. It would take a hundred years, officially by the Chiss Ascendancy at 448 ABY to write a declaration of a Peace Treaty between the Spirit of Holowan and the Chiss Ascendancy. It was to not be taxed, it would be roped off from all territorial disputes and considered its own nation. It lived an extremely tame life for three hundred years till near the end of 779 ABY.

For some strange reason, the Holowan AI started to broadcast its code across the Chiss Ascendancy to learn and adapt to the new societies. It created alliances as well as many enemies, self-replicating into a very well known figure in local governments. Around 804 ABY, it had aligned itself to several royal families as a unique "Admiral" of the militaries and commanded several large battle cruisers on a whim. At 835 ABY, the Holowan AI had been known to exhibit strange behavior, possibly by evolution or to much data inflow, possibly even the passage of time as it had been considered to be going "Mad". 837 ABY, the Spirit of Holowan opened fire onto every station in current orbit around Avidich, destroying several important research stations and killing over six hundred thousand Chiss lives.

After this incident, the entire planet of Altiria/Anarris had been announced as property of Holowan and is considered by several governments nearby to be left alone. Those that approach the planet have documentation on where the Spirit of Holowan currently is and approach from the opposite side of the planet as it apparently the Holowan AI had taken over nearly all the sensor satellites in sector space. No one also has ever got any documentation as to what the inside even looks like though rumors of droids that were horribly misshapen or things lost from time have been reported from long range photography. It is considered however by most governments to have only one option left for the Holowan AIs last known backup system.

Destroy the Spirit of Holowan, Free the planet of Avidich.
