DESCRIPTION
The Spectre Mercenary Company's intent is to provide elite operatives and valuable equipment to galactic spanning factions and private individuals. Unlike common mercenary groups, credits are not the sole determining factor when accepting a contract. Instead, personal opinion is often inserted into consideration on whether a job is worth the price. As a result, the Spectres may find themselves leaning their loyalty towards certain factions and individuals with shared values over others.

RATIONALE
Working tirelessly through an entire childhood and into adulthood had to pay off eventually. For Arius Carver, that payoff came unexpectedly when former Spectre Commander Ronor Jakar was assassinated. With no competition, Carver became the new Commander of all Spectre military and manufacturing assets. While Carver maintains popular support, the Spectres weakened state has progressively gotten worse. Smaller mercenary companies are often overlooked in favor of larger, more widespread groups. To maintain operations, the Spectres have shifted more in favor of weapons and armor manufacturing while only maintaining a small elite mercenary presence.
