DESCRIPTION
After designing the sidearm for his as of yet undeveloped mercenary group Noah got to work on a few other weapons as well, chief among them being a scattergun. At first the scattergun was conceived as its own weapon but this idea was scrapped when Noah thought just how cumbersome it would be to carry a completely different weapon and so its nature as being underslung came about.

As with most weapons Noah designs next came the weapons projectile. Unlike previous or future Spectre Group weapons the decision on the projectile for the scattergun was much simpler. He chose a 10 Gauge shotgun shell for a couple of reasons. One was because it was a rather large and hard hitting shell meaning that any organic targets that it came into contact with would be shredded. The other reason was because it was the only other shell that was a fine balance between breaching capability and manageable recoil.

Next came the materials of course. Again like with other Spectre Group Weapons, Noah used a set of distinct materials when designing the scattergun. High impact lightweight polymer was used in the scatterguns shell to decrease weight as much as possible. The inner workings of it use a custom titanium-alusteel alloy to increase durability and again lighten it as much as possible. Finally as with all Spectre Group weapons the barrel was lined with Chromium to reduce wear and tear.

Once again Noah put the scattergun through a battery of tests putting a good few thousand shells though the weapon before he was satisifed that it was up to snuff with the rest of the weapons he created/he would create.
