Irrik is the nicest clandestine burglar/assassin type you'll ever meet. No, really!
Aside from professional contacts, he needs new criminal and/or DS-aligned people to hang out with, but the clashing of views with a more good-axis character who can tolerate his behavior could be funny. Down for anything, really, but being a wide-eyed, impressionable troublemaker, he would probably get along best with not-so-nice people. Has no particular bias for or against any faction on the board.
He can:
Beat up your school bully!
Beat up your workplace bully!
Steal the keys back from your house after you locked yourself out for the umpteenth time!
Steal the keys to your friend's house as a fun and harmless prank!
Drag your annoying neighbor, Buford, into an unmarked groundspeeder at 3am! Serves him right for not returning your lawnmower!
Perform a bunch of miscellaneous tasks as varied as they are illegal!
He cannot:
Pass a criminal background check!
Serve as a useful wingman on a night out at the club!
Be trusted not to try to cheat at cards!
Babysit your dog/cat/monitor lizard/rancor!
