The TIE Commenor or TIE/c is a prototype vessel that is designed after the TIE Advanced Starfighter flown by Darth Vader during the Imperial Era.

These Starfighters differ from their spiritual predecessor in that many of the features that were in the TIE Advance are not present in the TIE/c - though there is some - such as the primary design; likewise there are systems in the TIE/c that were not present in the TIE Advanced. For instance - as these vessels are primarily intended and designed to serve as local patrol vessels and defensive formations - the TIE/c lacks a hyperdrive. Rather, it was replaced with a life support system and an astromech socket - an attempt to get more out of the starfighter and ensure minor repairs and damages could be mitigated.

Much of the vessel however does still resemble the TIE Advanced, with the long hull and bent solar panel wings. As such - and keeping in mind that it is a prototype starfighter from Sorenn-Syrush Fleet Ordnance - only a handful of intended for production; with just enough planned for deployment to test and refine the starfighter.

This looks pretty solid conceptually. You can actually probably increase some ratings as well.

As part of that, I'd bump this up to "Moderate" as well, because this actually carries a few more warheads than the average starfighter.
