..:: Description ::..
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Most Militaries often deploy some form of medical support alongside their soldiers during combat situations, be this an actual combat medic or a medical droid is often dependent upon the situation. Likewise, some mobile forces maintain an equally (albeit slower) mobile medical center alongside their own forces. However, training of individuals as well as equipping and maintaining the larger mobile medical centers can be costly (which many smaller forces may not be able to keep up with).

Thus we introduce the Sorenn-Syrush Industries Medical Remote Mark I, a small remote whose sensors and scanners have been replaced with more up to date medical variants. Additionally its interior was opened up as much as possible to ensure that a small emergency medical kit could be installed along with the droid. These droids, at a low cost and easily mass produced, can be rapidly deployed and cut down on costs (which would otherwise ruin smaller armies).

However the primary downsides of these remotes is predominately their weight (adding an additional three pounds to an individual's gear), their bright red and white medical coloring and symbolism, as well as the mere fact that each medical kit is one use (meaning that any items used or otherwise exposed and soiled must be replaced). These downsides however are often over shadowed by the simple fact that the remote provides medical attention and can more often be easily carried into a situation where a much larger medical droid would be a liability.
