PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Soren is very fashion-forward when compared to the usual Jedi attitude; unless absolutely necessary, he'd never be caught dead in something as plain and boring as traditional Jedi robes. His personal sense of fashion is rather eclectic: long open coats, dark underclothes, boots, sometimes gloves, and scarves; he looks half-fit for his native lower levels of Coruscant or the windswept plains of some undeveloped world, but fits into neither.

Soren has heterochromia; his right eye is blue, and left eye is green, and thanks to growing up in the lower levels of Coruscant, he also has pretty pale skin. Born with black hair he found it to be rather plain and boring so he tried a few things before settling on dyeing it bright blue and pink.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Due to being picked up by the Jedi during his rebellious teenage years Soren’s attitude during that time was permanently etched into his mind and now permanently lives in that acting like he doesn’t care even though he really does mindset. Soren is rather individualistic and doesn’t let what others think he should be or how he should act define him.

Soren is rather inquisitive and can be a bit stubborn, and though a bit immature for his age, he’d rather been seen as an oddity than another chip in a computer.


STRENGTHS

• Streetwise - Owing to his upbringing in the less civilized areas of Coruscant Soren is familiar and comfortable dealing with mercenaries, smugglers, and other people who don’t always fit within the law or traditional civilized society.
• Improvisor - Since Soren prefers to work alone or at least with limited support he’s grown proficient at coming up with solutions on the fly with what’s at hand.

WEAKNESSES

• Independent - Soren is fairly independent and because of such doesn’t work the best in large organizations, preferring a more personal approach to situations rather than standard operating procedures necessitated by large organizations.
• Stubborn - Once Soren sets his mind to something it’s incredibly difficult to convince him to change it.

HISTORY

Born on the lower levels of Coruscant, thankfully not the undercity, but barely better, he had a single mother who was more interested in the entertainment district the small apartment he was raised in was right next to. At least there was usually food on the table, bills usually paid on time, and he generally was educated. Due to the lack of parental attention Soren’s rebellious teenage years hit hard, he fell into a bad crowd but luckily never fell to far beyond graffiti, petty theft, and underage drinking. Just when things were at the tipping point, Soren had an encounter with a Jedi Knight and luckily was able to the right lessons from it as the Jedi recognized his force sensitivity.

Soren was taken away for training, his mother barely bothered to even pretend she wasn’t glad to not have to worry about him any more. Jedi training was good for Soren, though he never became the Jedi ideal his need to rebel for attention became more about self expression, shunning robes unless needed for some ceremony or formal event, continuing to dye his black hair bright colours, even went the time came to build his lightsaber Soren chose to build an ornate lightsaber pike with an axe blade making it into a halberd.

Knighted a bit early due to the rise of the dark side within the core Soren did was he could but ultimately it was not enough/ With the fall of the GA Soren faded away into background of the galaxy finding operating independently more to his taste.
