Ion: Ion Shuts dow her ability to access Magic for 007 minutes if she is hit wearing this dress
Clingy: Wearing this dress means the Zeffo Sorceress can stay in control of Syd's body almost without effort, leading to the possibility of Syd being trapped in her own body for weeks or months.

The very first Persona to be created by absorbing the fragments of knowledge from an ancient Light Side Witch, The Sorceress is the most powerful of alk the Personas Syd is unknowingly playing host to, as she is the closest to Syd's type of power, and crafted this dress after hijacking Syd's body, to use for when she must take a more active roll in affairs...
