DESCRIPTION

Gathering a large branch from a felled grave thorn tree, Odessa began whittling the branch, forming the basis of her staff. Next, she took a few Rancor hides, cutting several strips from them; turning the strips into strengthen straps, and wrapped them around the staff. Taking several plant leaves from some of Dathomir's flora, she fastened them to the staff.

With her staff down, it was time to add the special accessories to them. First, she took a Nightsister Focus Crystal, attuning the gem until it was attached to her alone.

Next, she placed a specific spell to the staff, that she can call upon either citing the incantation. As a bonus, the spell can automatically activate without spoken words.

DESCRIPTION

The necklace was created using wood from a Snowbark tree as the main basis of the necklace and using ligaments from a Chirodactyl for the string in which to fasten the wooden jewelry piece around her neck. Upon its completion, Odessa then utilized both magic and the Force to enhance it.

First, using the Dathomirian spell, Control Web, she infused the necklace with the spell with assistance from fellow Nightsisters, essentially bypassing the ritual. The spell allows her to cast a green stranded mist-like web over creatures to control their minds. It can be utilized on most sentients as well such as humans, twi'leks, etc. However, the type of control she has over those particular minds depends on the individual's willpower; less is more.

Now, she added Force Sense, which elevated to enhanced at the conclusion of the ritual, which infused her Force Sense with greater potency. This works in conjunction with her natural Force Sense ability. This allows her to sense ripples in the Force with better accuracy and understanding, the ability to feel impending danger quicker, and almost bordering on precognition allows her to glimpse into the future with a clearer perspective.

DESCRIPTION

The ring, created by Odessa, utilizes the alloy known as songsteel. In the center of the ring sits a black diamond that holds the spell Possession. All around the black diamond are several rubies and sapphires that hold the Magical Ichor.

The spell Possession is an ancient Nightsister technique that invoked a dead Nightsister's spirit, allowing it to inhabit and control the body and mind of another individual, turning their eyes to a glowing bright green, and their voice replaced by the dead spirits. To activate the preset spell, she just needed to touch the diamond. The spell can't be used repeatedly, needing a few minutes to recharge. The other gemstones contain Magical Ichor that can aid in the recharging process or for other purposes if needed. However, these gemstones need to be refilled after use.

DESCRIPTION

The ring was created by Odessa for defensive purposes, and to achieve an advantage over an opponent, or an individual. The ring was fabricated using songsteel, with a black moon opal set in the center of the ring; with a collection of diamonds, sapphires, and rubies arrayed around the center of the ring. Each ring around the fringes of the center contains magical ichor, to be utilized how she fits and/or to aid in recharging the ring faster. The ring, once called upon, has a lasting effect of fifteen to twenty minutes, depending on the outcome of the opposing individual in that time span. Once the ring exhausts the enchantment, it needs to recharge before being used again; which to reach full charge takes roughly ten minutes; unless one of the magical ichor filled gems is used.

There are two Force abilities, or enchantments she refers to them as, that have been incorporated into the black moon opal. The first is Malicious Fury, which saps the willpower of a target, allowing her to grow more powerful in the process. The second is Crush Opposition, which also saps the willpower but grants a radius of thirteen feet from her center point and can affect multiple targets. These two combined abilities have the potential to not only sap willpower but can possibly break the mental psyche of all those being touched.
