Question Some Factory questions for my corporation

Hi.
I've been working on and off on bringing some of my OCs from another universe into Star Wars here on Chaos. A central aspect of the backstories for this characters is a corporation tied to their family, so naturally, I decided I should bring the corporation since this forum allows that.
My questions are in regards of exactly how much should I actually create here and have it properly reviewed and posted in contrast to the possibility of just implying things exist without an actual post behind them

The corporation has a primary focus on AI. Having developed a sentient supercomputer that is the main brain of all their tech. I am aware we are not meant to draw parallels to IRL things, but just for this question's sake, think of her as something similar in function to AI like GLaDOS from Portal, the one calling the shots over all corporate systems, droids, defenses, factories, etc like a hive mind. I want to note she'd be disembodied and her personality is very sterile, so no murderous megalomaniac supercomputers here.

This leads me to question #1: Is this AI OC allowed? If so, should she be a character? NPC? Some form of Factory submission like Droid/Tech?

Question #2 is: The corporation's main product is smart home appliances, that would be controlled by the aforementioned AI, more complex than a regular appliance but not quite droid levels of independence and functionality. Do I actually have to make submissions for every fridge, blender, washing machine, etc? Or can I just stick to a description that covers the general idea for the entire line of products and be done with it?

Third is the same question as #2 but in regards to cybernetic implants, which is the last line of products on this corporation's catalogue

Last question is how to handle what is known OOC vs what is known by characters. This company operates with many shell corporations since it has a habit of shady deals, so would I have to list all the facts OOC and state somewhere that it{s not public knowledge? Or could I keep some things implied or open to be worked with on the fly, like dropping a name for a shell corporation once and never bringing it up again.

AI OCs are of course allowed! I can think of a couple examples that sound similar to what you've described in both PC and NPC form. I'd recommend a droid or tech sub for her at some point, especially if you intend to reference her in later subs, but absolutely possible for sure!

For your products you don't necessarily have to sub anything, especially if its something mundane that you don't think would really have any notable qualities. You can just have it mentioned on your company page that you do manufacture such consumer goods and appliances and the like and just sub more unique items if you'd prefer. Same with implants, ultimately it just comes down to what all you want them to be capable of and how much you want to flesh your stuff out.

It depends somewhat on how much you want to reference and make use of the shell corporations really. Say for example you have a line of cybernetic eyes that are all sold by one of the shell companies in particular, it wouldn't necessarily hurt to have a corporation page for them if you intend to use them to a large degree and consistently like that and there is a spot for subsidiaries and whatnot on the corporation page for such occasions. You can always keep it implied and vague as well of course, again it mostly just depends on how exactly you want to approach it. I'd definitely mention in the corporation page that they use various shell companies at the very least, no need to list every alias or fake corporation unless you intend on using them often, and whenever you have your company as a manufacturer or involved in something it would be a safe bet to mention that they are acting through a shell company just so that everyone is aware.

For example I have a couple of corporations that are basically just fronts for my Sith cult's operations. I still use the company names given that they have dedicated pages and products, however whenever I go into detail about what exactly they get up with them I make sure to include some stuff about what goes on behind the shell as it were as well as what would be presented to the public.
