- Accessibility: Sohn DMP-01 is a hidden structure in a large cave in a massive cliff. Its coordinates are not allowed to be shared and access is restricted. Only freighters and transport ships can be seen coming and leaving. Each ship is given a clearance code that refreshes every 72 hours. The shipments is sent to specific locations with great speed.
- Security: Trusting there is no one that can find the place, there is a minimum security. 7 turbolasers protect the entrance of the cave. 30 guards maintain safety and protection in the manufacturing plant.
- Description: At a glance, it seems like there is no structure there because of its hidden nature. On the inside is two massive doors and as soon as you enter the noise of machines working is deafening. Hot pouring melted metal is being turned to Durasteel at such a fast pace, steam pressure is always at maximum.
POINTS OF INTEREST
The central part of Sohn DMP-01, is where the main controls are located. A small infirmary is located near the main doors. Newly produced Durasteel is kept in the storage hold underground, up to 10,000 tons can be stored. There is a large underground train that travels to a nearby spaceport, transports workers and supplies. The rest, about 87%, produces Durasteel.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
After Grevious's attack on Dathomir, a Separatist Outpost was built at the same cliff for reassurance. Eventually the Empire took over and turned it into a Durasteel manufacturing plant. Because of the fall of the Empire, the place was abandoned. The Dathomir Colonial government then took the place into their own hands. However the Dathomir Colonial Government was unable to pay for maintenance and couldn't have any profits from it. Samsay then bought the place at a cheap price and announced he will destroy the place. No one knew he planned to built it inside the caves, they just thought it was a striped piece of land.
