  • Cursed Luck: The weapon was build out of various bits and pieces gathered from minor dark side artifacts that left the gun with a strange spell upon it. While the dark side encased in the weapon can not be triggered willingly, the bullets fired by it have a habit of slightly changing their course to balance out the imprecision when blindly firing. While the fired bullets can't make a full 90 degree turn, there is still a clear visible.
  • Toxic Bullets: The bullets are made out of a toxic material, Affide Crystal which is encased inside. The Crystal is deadly in high amounts, but a single bullet would rather make a victim feel weak and sick. If hit by several bullets the poison will become more effective.
  • Cortosis: The barrel was made out of cortosis, allowing the gun to not only block but short out lightsabers.
  • Bloodlust: The dark side resting within the gun calls for the wielder, seducing him or her with the power within to provoke more violence and bloodshed.
  • Blood Magic: Should the gun be dipped in blood, more effects of the remaining magic will be triggered: The gun while no merely change the path of the bullets, but command the wielder were and when to shot, and the weapon itself will spead an aura of dread and unease.
Strengths:
  • Magic Aim: The Gun is powered by the dark side, the power of the force granting the wielder various advantages when using the weapon, including path changing bullets and supernatrual aim.
  • Toxic Bullets: The bullets fired are toxic, making being hit with them far more lethal.
  • Lightsaber Shortout: The Cortosis Barrel can be used to short out lightsabers.
Weaknesses:
  • Low Ammo: Six shots until the weapon has to be reloaded isn't that great when facing strong or many opponents at once.
  • Short Range: The gun is only really useful in close quaters, like boarding a ship. On an wide, open battlefield its range will be a clear shortcoming.
  • Bloodlust: The weapon's darkness calls the user to fire even when there is no need to, triggering a bloodlust that can spiral out of control if the wielder isn't strong of will.
DESCRIPTION
Sumggler's Requiem isn't an artifact in the most common sense. Instead the gun was build by Gideon by using many broken bits and pieces he gathered during his time as a pirate, erasing the orginal powers imbued into the steel and creating a new, strange darkness within. The Pirate captain forged the weapon during his early years of sailing through the emptieness of space, making it his trademark weapon among both his allies and enemies.

Thanks to it many believe that Gideon alias "Witch Doctor" is more than just a moniker, as they witnessed the strange magic that bends the path of bullets and guides Gideon's hand once the weapon is touched by blood.

The greatest danger of Smuggler's Requiem is the bloodlust that it triggers within the mind of the user, trying to bring as much blood and death as possible, without any other reason then blood and death.

Please describe what the effects of the toxic bullets are when they hit an opponent (i.e., how they differ from regular bullets).
