From studies of the various weapons out there in the galaxy, the AMAX-I5 unit in conjunction with Taji worked to create a unique form of smart ammunition in order to provide the galaxy one of the things it lacked. The smart ammunition created is able to "refocus" it's trajectory by means of mini boosters thus allowing it to miss vital organs should it need to do so. The ammunition also comes with micro scanners that allow it to scan a person and see if further injuries would kill them, thus allowing them to miss the opponent entirely should that be the case. This is the ideal non lethal form of ammunition. This is a variant of it made for use with Rifles.
