Small Stations / Orbital Refueling Tech

In an effort to use more 'home grown' Chaos made technology, I'm looking for anyone who has subbed a refueling platform/station or small orbital station that could be used for such a purpose(retrofitted). I did a basic search but didn't see much...perhaps something is hiding in plain sight.

What kind of fuel will it be using? Fort Galderra has a fuel derrick for Deuterium and Eddak is roaming about to make trade deals
