CORPORATION INFORMATION
Corporation Name: Slayn & Korpil
Headquarters: Offices on Nickel One, Roche Asteroids
Locations: Manufacturing and design are done on the two asteroid colonies Slayn and Korpil in the Roche Asteroid Field.
Operations: Primary operations are starship design and manufacturing. Also design and manufacture related starship systems and technology including weapon systems.

DESCRIPTION
Slayn & Korpil is a company owned and operated by two Verpine hives of the same names. It is also owned by the Roche government so is a government owned company. With a long history stretching back to before the Clone Wars they produce some of the best starships and fighters in the galaxy. Thanks to their experience, Verpine workforce, and Verpine designers they have become known for developing technology that can fill highly specialized roles.
Being owned by a generally neutral government the Verpine generally create starships for anyone who is willing to pay. While generally staying away from more Imperialistic and Sith factions they have worked extensively with the Mandalorian clans in the past. However when contracted they were willing to make practically anything.
Before and during the Clone Wars they were a highly trusted company that made not only the H-6, also known as the Jedi Ambassador Shuttle, but also the H-2 Executive Shuttle which was the personal escape shuttle of the Supreme Chancellor. In addition to this they designed and began building, rumoured to be in just a few weeks, the V-19 Torrent which served to moderate success with the Republic Navy.
During the Rebellion era they created the bomber that they would become famous for. Creating the B-wing under high secrecy they provided Rebel units a way to strike large capital ships and take them out using only one squadron. They went on to V-wing Airspeeder which was used with great success by Rogue Squadron and against Yuuzhan Vong forces. In addition they also created the Plasma Jet Moleminer and various technologies to manipulate asteroids.
RATIONALE
With the need to expand marketing and begin starting to market to the rest of the galaxy Slayn & Korpil started looking out for a new face to help with marketing. With the splitting of the Mandalorian clans Sko'saht found himself looking for work. Initially commanding a small mercenary force he offered his knowledge of tactics, training, and relations with the Mandalorians to the company. With this he'd be able to give advice on the designs, help create realistic combat simulations, and help to sell the designs to the Mandalorians.
