Special Features:
Black Core - What separates the Avilok from other Force Collectives most visibly, is their lightsabers. The Kyber they use is mined from the geologically unstable fault line called The Rupture. The Blade's this Kyber produces is inherently Black, but the misty corona that surrounds the core of the Blade is unified with the User. This can range from Black/Red (Orex Mauda) to Black/Blue
Drain - Corrupted by Nihilus' efforts to consume Skism, all Skist Kyber are connected to the ancient Sith Lord in that when powered by a Lightsaber, they have a draining effect on an opponent.

Description:
In Darth Nihilus' waning years, when his hunger was growing beyond even his own grasp, he turned his attention to the life of an entire Planet. The Scourge of the Outer Rim soon came across Skism. A lonely planet found deep in a corner of the Galaxy. Here he made his first attempt to sate his tremendous hunger.
Reaching out, he attacked the planet with his ravenous consumption. Yet his ability did not match his hunger, and his attempt failed. Though in his great power, Skism was forever scarred. His influence over the Dark Side coalesced on the surface of the Planet and split it down to its Mantle. This split, now called The Rupture, is a tear not only in more than half the Planet's circumference, but a tear in the Force.
The Rupture, being as Geologically unstable as it is, began to create large deposits of Kyberite. These Kyber deposits were inherently tainted by the Dark Lord's power. They drain all living things around them and when powered by a Lightsaber, produce a blade of the deepest Black, surrounded by a corona unified with that of the Individual.
