Skirmish with the GA

There is also an OOC Discussion for calling out duels and the like.

Though, getting the Artifact from the planet and getting out alive, are the main objectives. And I've been told by the GA FO that PvP isn't a requirement, but there may not be a way to stop it. i'm sure you can find some writers that will want small units being used.
