[*]Support Battlegroup (3200m)

[*]Total Length: 17,675m
[*]Notable Characters:
  • Admiral Rick Kaloo - Current leader of the Flare Fleet
  • Commondore Seth Lio - Second-in-command, NPC captain of Morty

[*]Ports of Call: Kashyyyk, Taboon, Umbara, Roche Asteroids
COMBAT INFORMATION
  • Strengths:
Built For War - The Sixth Fleet is one of the finest in the Silver Jedi Order, nearly eighteen kilometers in total length. Pickle Rick, its immense flagship, individually provides enough firepower to nearly match that of every other vessel in the fleet. Combined, the entire Fleet brought together is a true terror to behold. Only the largest of Sith and First Order planetary defense or offensive fleets stand in a firm position to oppose the full might of the Sixth.
  • Competent - Rick and Seth are both veterans of over a decade of war, and are highly experienced commanders who know their jobs well. Every vessel in the Flare Fleet it used to its full extent in battle, and the fleet's junta of commanders often knows exactly how to react to whatever situation thrown at them.

[*]Weaknesses:
  • All Split Up - It is very rare for the Sixth Fleet to ever come together as an entirety. More often than not, parts of the fleet are designated to back up other fleets or perform secondary duties, with Pickle Rick and a devoted few escorts doing the majority of the battles in campaigns. While the entire Sixth put together is nearly unstoppable, a partial and occupied task force is easier prey.
  • Headless - If Rick and Seth are knocked out in battle or somehow unable to perform their duties, the remaining chain of command can become very tricky to process. Without the two leaders behind them, most of the Sixth will begin to make tactical errors or be extra safe in fear of a heavy enemy retaliation.

Description: As soon as Rick Kaloo became a ranking member of the Silver Spacy, the Silver Jedi Order's equivalent of the GADF, Rick had plans to create a task force. Due to Rick's many years of experience in the GADF, he was given an entire fleet under his name, a great honor for a Mon Calamari. Determined to make the most of his opportunity, Rick rapidly grew the Sixth Fleet from a few reserve vessels to one of the mightiest units of the Silver Jedi navy.

First, Rick expanded the size of his ships greatly. In the waning Alliance, there had been a reduced access to heavy capital ships, most of them consumed in the earlier stages of the war. However, the Silver Jedi were still prospering, and so were its fleets. Rick quickly assembled multiple large Destroyer-size craft, and then added almost entirely ORME-produced support and escort vessels into the mix. Interdictors were essential, as Rick's Sixth Fleet was meant to deny enemies any form of escape.

Additionally, the massive battleship Pickle Rick replaced the late Endurance as Rick's personal flagship, its massive presence alone a terrible sight for enemies to behold. It joined the "Flare" Fleet late into its development, establishing the corner stone which the entirety of the fleet centered around. Its ten heavy railguns alone, each the size of a heavy frigate, are capable of demolishing a light cruiser in a single hit.

Two stealth frigates from another ship producer of the SJO were the final additions to Rick's fleet, providing essential emergency flagships and scout craft.

The fleet was split in three battlegroups, a heavy brawling group, an interdiction group, and a support group. The heavy brawling group consists of Pickle Rick itself, two heavy Destroyers along with it, and six cruisers to escort the larger ships into battle. The interdiction group's sole members are two interdictior Destroyers, with the task of hanging behind the brawling group and intercepting any ships attempting to leave the battleground. Finally, the support group consists of dozens of ORME frigates and the two stealth frigates, with their primary purpose being to escort and defend the other two groups.

But as soon as the Sixth was assembled, it was quickly split up as the demands of war pulled certain vessels into fronts far apart from each other. The Support Battlegroup is always leaking at least a dozen vessels to other Fleets of the Silver Jedi in separate fronts, while the Interdiction Battlegroup is a valuable support unit in heated conflicts that the Brawling Force may not be present in. Only the Brawling Force truly represents the image of the Sixth Fleet, a powerful and unmoving force of huge warships. But even the Brawlers are vulnerable to smaller, nimbler corvettes and starfighters.

The Fleet's current record is newly established but good, with successes in small-scale conflicts, and notable major victory in the skies above Commenor.
