Difficult to say tbh, he's kind of an isolated one. He isn't seen too often in Sith space, typically only really participating on the war fronts or in rare public appearances. He did try and declare himself emperor awhile back and was bapped on live Sith holonet for it and he's just a known rabble rouser. With Avarice being in league with Carni he might be privy to some more specifics though!
