Yavin IV

It wasn't often Dubiety found themselves on a mission that didn't involve tombs, but this one was too interesting to pass up! A Sith Wyrm of all things! To get a sample of such a powerful creature.. It filled the young Clawdite with joy! It was a perfect time to test their skills and prove their worth, to themselves and the Sith. Akulak Mantacor was the one to head this. It wouldn't be easy to take down one of these creatures, even though it was still fairly young.

For now though, they needed to meet up with the Sith Knight who'd be heading this whole thing. It was a perfect opprotunity to see a higher ranking Sith in action and Sithspawn! They were skipping through the jungle they were so giddy with excitement!

"Akulak~! Are you here yet?"

This one was sour. Sour? No, it was erratic. No, exuberant? No. Spunky. Yes. Spunky was the word. There was too much energy that yearned within its shell. What caused it to take this nature? He was unsure. What he was certain of, was the trial ahead would be a terrific opportunity to see what the Spunky One could do.

As it called out for him, he was in fact present, busy inspecting another specimen he had encountered. It was small and reptilian, but it's defensive mechanism enabled it to spew acid; an admirable trait. The investigation would have to wait however. The Spunky One (Dubiety) called for him, and he would be remiss to not witness see it in action. Emerging from a patch of shrubbery, the Seliph was still drenched in the blood of his last patient. "Bah, cease your pleas. I have yet to depart." There was something else about the Spunky One that troubled Akulak. It made him feel nostalgic, though he could not place why. His lanky form looked to the assistant he had recruited for today, and could only ponder who it would fare. "Tell me Spunky One, are you prepared for the trials set before you?" He questioned, his golden mask sprinkled with the dried blood of the last specimen. The Alchemist crossed his arms across his chest, seemingly unbothered by the residue of his latest work.

Spunky one? Dubiety tried not to laugh at the name they were given by Akulak Mantacor , though their smile was ever present. Perhaps the oddness was just a result of the dark knowledge this alchemist had learned. Or, he was just crazy. Either way, they would learn soon enough. And more importantly, it was fascinating.

"Oh yes! I am prepared for what comes next. So tell me! Does it shoot lightning? Acid spit? Razor fins?" The joy in their voice from their questions was palpable.

The bubbly exuberance from this one wore at the masked Sith, though it was hard to tell given the facial covering he wore. The Spunky One found him amusing it seemed. Something that irked the Knight greatly, but as much as he wished to turn the acolyte into a side project, the Wyrm was his ultimate focus.

He raised a pointed claw to the Spunky One, his tone a tad harsh, as he would not have his fun deprived from him. He unfortunately needed them for this to work. "We seek a Sith Wyrm, an entity from beyond our times. It's biomass is of divine origin, and it has adapted itself to this realm. Acid nor lighting shall be your concerns. Watch only for when it surfaces. It is a clever predator, and it will consume you without a second thought." His knife like finger withdrew, clenching and opening several times before he turned away. This was to be his greatest work yet, if only he could get the acolyte to do as he said.

He offered only one more word of advise before moving towards a small temple in the distance. "Beware, Spunky One, you may not survive this ordeal. But that is a consequence I am willing to accept." That was the whole hearted truth. Nothing was more important than his work. Divinity wouldn't come naturally after all.
