- Taking inspiration from the ancient Mandalorian rippers still seeing action today Singh's revolver has the same principle. It adds a energy field around the standard slugs during every shot. This was first done to penetrate archaic personal shields, but Singh's revolver is a bit more special. Squeezing a small trigger located near the thumb of the wielder it allows the revolver to have four distinct modes to change the energy enveloping the slug. The revolver can handle blaster mode, particle beam and ionic discharge. The fourth mode is disabling the system entirely and shooting simple slugs. All of this to give options when you are in a sticky, complicated situation and can't easily swap to a different gun for the job.
- Made with beskar and voidstone in its design. The beskar makes sure its durable and heavy- allowing for proper pistol-whipping. The voidstone on the other hand messes with attempts to directly interfere with the revolver. A Sith Lord ain't gonna try and make this power pack explode, no, sir. The small amount of Voidstone used means that it can only interfere with force-usage directly around the revolver and can't influence anything outside of that.
- Mandalorian Ripper Design. Three distinct energy modes: blaster, particle beam and ionic discharge. With all the strengths and weaknesses that come with them.
- Materials. They are hardy, durable and make it difficult to feth with the revolver itself.
- Design. You could roll it around in sand or throw it in the ocean. The gun dunnae care. Clean it out and it will work like a charm.
- Capacity. It can shoot six slugs. Then you need to add more slugs. This takes time, it takes space, it takes concentration because it isn't like just shoving in a new power cartridge.
- Capacity 2x. The energy modes are all dependent on the power pack in the stock. Take that out and it's just a revolver with some extra punch.
- Materials. Voidstone ain't ysalimir or trakar. It won't completely nullify the Force and someone insistent (or powerful) enough can still mess with the revolver. That will be a surprise.
Ain't clear where Singh got his revolver from.
If you ask him, he will say he made it himself. Give him a scrutinizing look? He might just admit that he may not have made it himself, but he most definitely stole it himself. A little bit more pressing, some alcohol, maybe a pretty face added into the mix will get you some more detail. Echoy'la. A green-skinned woman. Just a job. Some Mandalorian thieves that had taken what wasn't theirs. The Sith didn't give a shet about the goods, Jack could keep it, but a message had to be send either way.
So Jack did do just that.
It got Mandalorian design choices though, beskar parts internally, but with corellian bloodsteel replacing most of the exterior casing.
The latter parts were clearly installed later and weren't part of the original revolver.
Gotta remember the dead somehow.
It packs a heavy punch, ripping through personal shields if they are in place and has a few extra surprises. Particle beam, if you wanted to take something (or someone) with armor, ion if you were up against synths, blaster... if you were feeling nostalgic. Nothing too special, nothing carrying three separate guns couldn't handle just fine. Men are known to carry more after all. But Singh is a lazy bastard when it comes to things like this, why three when it can be one.
