Silver Watch Ranks

Firstly, do we need them?

If, however, you guys would like something for this small little faction, do we go with the SSC ranks of Warden, Shield etc. since we are Sentinel types.

Or do we come up with something of our own. I don't think we would need more then two at this stage.

Three at most maybe.

Keeper
Gatekeeper
Overseer
Steward


or maybe we could go with something original.

Starbird - Padawan rank Jedi

At this point I'm not convinced we need ranks. However, if we want to go with the first list, I'd suggest using Watcher instead of Watchman/woman. Fits with the tense of the others and doesn't overly complicate things. I do think those should only be for specializations though.

Too many places with ranks, and rank tags.

I would say rank, member of the watch you get Watcher and whoever leading can be the Steward. keep it simple

I'd figure if there were to be ranks, simple is better. Maybe a 3, possibly 4 tier system.

A bottom tier for the newest Padawan's in the sub-order, the next their up for Knights who don't want authority positions, then the next one for those who would be leading groups of Watchers on missions and the like, and the final rank (if it's even needed) would be for our leadership council, as I'm certain there isn't going to be one single totalitarian leader of our sub-faction.

So, I don't know.... maybe....

Ugh, I can't think of anything creative for titles beyond this. Sorry for lack of positive contributions.

I like this. A flat system (with a bit of inevitable hierarchy due to the Padawan/Knight nature of members) with Watchers as members, and a chief role on top. I suggest Starbird as the chief role, it sounds like the perfect moniker for the being on top.
