- It is highly effective, like the blaster, if maintained this minigun will work under pretty much any environmental circumstance, including space.
- Has three enormous blades which can be activated around the barrel, allowing it to be swung back and forth at units, and used like a bayonet.
- Works with the on board targeting system of the SST-16 to acquire targets
- Is highly effective against infantry units. This minigun is meant to gain ground and break through enemy lines, as such it is very very effective against the average foot soldier. It is meant to shred through trooper armor and shear through light and medium armor with ease.
- When put on its tripod, is much more stable, and its accuracy increases quite a bit, allowing the users to hole up and hold positions
- Does not require ammo, since it uses power cells, no lugging around hundreds of pounds of bullets. Just a couple pounds worth of energy cells.
- Able to be broken down into pieces very quickly and moved, for intense combat requiring quick movement.
- Can use other minigun parts from Silver Shock Troopers, all of them are the same so they can be salvaged.
- Bounces right off heavy armor targets. No way around that, it will not be taking out any tanks, or destroying any troop carriers any time soon.
- Though it will perform under almost any circumstances, it will jam from time to time.
- If not taken care of properly, the miniguns will become a hot mess of jamming, backfires, and potentially deadly malfunctions
- The kick on these miniguns is insane, the beefed up mech suit which it is meant to be used in, has a hard time using them and keeping on target. On the tripod it is reasonable, but if the user is up, charging enemy lines, spray and pray my friend. Spray and pray.

This is the all purpose minigun for the silver shock troopers. It is meant to be used on heavily populated areas, and to mow down infantry. These are as close as it gets to the ultimate anti infantry gun. It is supposed to be an objectively used weapon, not to just be thrown down anywhere, or sprayed at anything. It is meant for ambushes, shock attacks, and furious, heated combat. It can function at long range, but due to the recoil, excels in short, to medium ranged combat. Long ranged would be if it was mounted on its tripod.
