Illyria ~ Azurine City ~ Royal Meeting Hall
The King of Illyria gazed out the large windows within the palace's main hall. The hall was relatively quiet, aside from the servants setting a table of refreshments and hor d'oeurves. The smell of fresh caf filled the hall as the morning sun washed over the palace. Adron's eyes remained firmly fastened at the sight of Azurine City, his amethyst eyes appreciating the subtle differences of what Azurine was in comparison to what it had been. One of the palace servants approached the King, holding a plate with a single clear cup of Caf. "Good morning, your majesty. It seems it will be a beautiful day today. No warmed than seventy-eight degrees and no rain." The young woman said with a bright smile upon her face. Adron did not regard her for a moment, yet finally he exited the depths of his mind and turned to the young girl, taking the cup of caf from the plate into his hands. He sipped the Caf to make sure it was properly brewed before nodding at the young woman.
When Adron looked over Azurine he saw something that pointedly stuck out to him. Progress. His eyes took note of the areas of the city that were yet under construction. In the past six months the city limits had been extended out into the rolling green fields surrounding Azurine so that the City Proper could be enlarged. It was actually that expansion that prompted Adron to set a meeting with two singular individuals.
The first?
Daegon Corvinus
. He was a man who Adron had long since acknowledged as one of the few bright individuals in the Viceroyalty. There had been several times where Adron head the man speak and find wisdom falling from his words. It was also a boon to Adron's plans that the man held significant sway with the production of Bacta in the known universe.

The next guest? Someone with a promising future in The Confederacy. Not unlike
Palm-Imer
she was an ambitious young woman with a vision for her planet's future. She had merely needed a bit of guidance in the execution of that future.

With these two there would be the chance for something not commonly seen in the Confederacy of Independent Systems. A political shift. In many worlds the common practice of government is Democratic in nature, very few are held through total dictatorship. However, there are a number of worlds who toe the line. Worlds like Illyria where the privileged few are properly groomed and trained to lead the many. Worlds where the masses revere those above them, not merely for blood and title, but for the benefits of the system placed before them. For too long have Governments bounced their heads around as if it was child's whim to see it so. Now was time for a new chapter, a chapter that would shake the very foundation of the Confederacy. The Aristocratic Party of the Confederacy would be an organization that strive to bring their ways into prominence.
Adron turned from the window he'd been gazing out of when one of the servants approached him once again. "Your majesty. Your guests have arrived." The King held the empty cup of caf out to the woman, who accepted it with a silent nod.
The main doors to the Hall were thrown open, allowing Daegon and Mila access to the Main Hall. The Exarch turned to them, taking measured steps down the large hall until he was a few short steps from the pair. "Welcome to Illyria. I am glad to see the both of you were able to arrive here after such short notice. Please, join me." He offered his hand towards the table that had been set with refreshments for their meeting. "Time is short until the next assembly of the Viceroyalty so I urge you both to listen to my words carefully. If we find ourselves in an accord there will be much business to discuss soon." As the King took a seat across from the others, a servant quickly came to fill his flute with a golden wine. His amethyst eyes glanced over the liquid before turning to the two he'd called here. "There has been a notable stagnation in the Confederacy. A hole. This hole is something that only those with a certain vision can see filled. We have worlds with seemingly endless resources that yet remained untapped. Industries spanning whole systems that hold no presence outside of a few planets. Worlds where the citizenry are in squalor and decay because of mere logistical hiccups. The Viceroyalty have done all they can as a collective being to fill these holes, however the capacity for such things seem to dwindle as The Confederacy grows. That is why I have brought you both here. Within The Confederacy there are a handful of worlds. Rich worlds who have the funds to open the gates of commerce and trade within the Confederacy. These worlds need only the proper stage to perform on." He told them.
"That is why, here and now, I would like to found the Party for Systemic Aristocracy AND within The Confederacy. The Noble Houses that have led entire worlds and systems to prominence will band together inside the halls of the government. Together, we can push for something that our government has never truly known. Economic prominence."
