Should we make our own AI?

After looking over some threads, I've realized something, there are multiple AI's floating around the site that are giving other factions boosts in areas like intelligence. But the CIS has recently created their own. So I was wondering why don't we create our own?
P.S: I know we have the Red Queen aka Cira but I think we need a AI that won't eventually turn on us.
