Description: The SHK-B11 Boarding Pod is just plain mean.
Imagine a ship gets close to you. Doesn’t matter how. What matters is that it left something behind, and there’s now a little ridged sphere bobbing around your airlock or bridge or whatever. Maybe it data-spikes the airlock open. Maybe it takes a cannon to your viewport. Either way, that sphere bounces through your ship’s corridors and delivers copious amounts of hurt.
It’s killable, even for ship crewers. Traps, ambushes, quick thinking, missile launchers. Wear it down and it’ll die like anything else. The hard part is pinning it down. It fits through most capital ship corridors just fine, and has a knack for enlarging doorways as necessary, in one way or another. It’s a terror weapon: there’s nothing that throws the other side off their game like ‘oh gosh oh gosh there’s a starfighter in my hallway.’
