Rationale: Designed by Bellalika originally as a division to try and investigate ways to negate and counter stealth, force and combat scenarios. The division with more funding has slowly been able to work and function bringing some of the ideas to fruition with testing. Their overall goal wen working under Matsu to aid in ways to protect those who buy their products or trade for them ith varied force sects and abilities being used on them. THe final products in the lines are hoped to be stronger and more longer lasting instead of something that needs to be pumped out with new fixes yearly or minor alterations.

Designed originally by the zeltron teenager and given when she was within the CIS as a bone to keep her around. The countermeasures division for her company worked to make some ideas and ways to counter stealth and force based situations like the white current users who could break into vaults and temples. Without much more to go on information wise then "do it" They sat around and lack of funding ensured they wouldn't really be able to implement anything they came up with.
Jump ahead several years and with a new group buying them out their parent company the countermeasures division was given funding and a request to try and build up what they could to best counter force users or force based stealth techniques. While it at times seemed impossible there was ways they could think about to do it and work over a few of the things. Not wanting to be outdone when it came to their ideas and employing different force sects. The researchers within the group and division looking at strengths and weaknesses of illusions and stealth based techniques.
The location on Shri-Tal's moon eventualy proving a perfect place given its history and diversity with force groups. The crystal caves below the world and dangerous creatures across the system gave them ways to work on testing the countermeasures to different force techniques as well as some creatures. Their work at searching for ways to counter the white current proving harder but other techniques they could find ways to counter either through force or technological construction.
