They were to withdraw from the star systems previously occupied by the fallen Imperial Confederation and to rendezvous with other loyalists at Cholganna, Mon Cala and Mahporeem in order to retain a semblance of power cut down through a combination of the failed incursions into the Thandon Star Cluster, and of course, espionage wrought via the machinations by the RULE OF TWO!
A second communique, identified by codes utilized by the now defunct Imperial Corrections Directorate, has been transmitted from the Neyrix pyramid to all available Imperial broadcast frequencies. It is a request for all senior ranks and figureheads across the multitude of organisations, corporations or member states (Imperial Sector Authority etc.) to join a clandestine meeting organized via hologram with the following words incurred alongside the invitation:
