DESCRIPTION
The lotus flower designed engagement ring was a gift to Seraphina Corvinus upon her engagement to Daegon Corvinus. Nothing about the pair is traditional, so Daegon was certain Sera’s ring would not be either. The design was made unique to the woman, and her love of flowers. Many afternoons had been spent in her gardens on Iego, and Daegon wished to give the woman a token that spoke to the knowledge he had of that love.
The ring itself boasts a platinum band with a 4 carat center stone. Other smaller stones are inlaid on the exterior of the band on the inside of which is engraved, “For your Happiness.”
Following the tragic events of the failed diplomatic meeting on Olanet which saw Seraphina take a slug to the back, Daegon had the center diamond imbued with the force. The stone emitted a force barrier designed to protect the woman from similar tragedies and injury. Daegon had failed to protect her then, but he would not fail now. The ring would serve as protection when he could not be there personally.
