Name: Sera Spar
Rank: Clan Chief
Species: Concordian
Age: 33
Force Sensitive: No

Strengths and Weaknesses:
Mandalorian: She was trained from birth to be the ideal soldier. Her father and her mother gave her daily lessons in the use of blaster rifles, blast pistols, sniper rifles, and even explosives. The members of her clan at large would train her in the use of starships and half a dozen other devices that most people could only dream of. She was groomed to be, like all Mandalorians, the elite of the elite. Taught the warrior history of her people and shown how to be the exemplary fighter that her people were known to be.

Strategist: Sera's true strength lays within her mind. She is smaller then most men and women, and although she is able to fight around this she is aware that she'll never be the greatest warrior there ever was. This knowledge in it of itself is a Strength, but the heart of it leads to Sera's development as a strategist. Unlike most Mandalorians Sera does not seek to be a blunt force battering against the door, instead she seeks to be the crowbar that forces the door open.

Racist: The history of her clan and her own history have given Sera an extreme distaste for force users. This disgust and flat out hatred for all those who use the force is not varying nor is it seen in degrees. Sera despises those who use the force, having an almost insatiable need to kill them. It does not matter if that person is Jedi, Sith, Mandalorian, or even of her own Clan. She hates and despises those that use the force.

Claustrophobia: Sera's time in prison was not a boon to her mental health. Although she can fight it most of the time, Sera has a noticeable fear of tight spaces. This is somewhat mitigated if said space is practical, such as the cockpit or hold of a starship, but when she is within a simple small room with only one exit Sera becomes noticeably more uncomfortable the longer she is stuck inside said room. Eventually when under these circumstances Sera will begin to break down.

Personality:
Oddly enough, despite what many would expect, Sera is not the hardass that many go to when they think of encountering Mandalorians.

Despite what some might think, not every Mandalorian is a straight laced meat head. Instead, Sera could nearly be called a happy go lucky intellectual, albeit with a very dark side. From a young age Sera's parents made sure she was properly raised. She received lessons in history, tactics, combat, and even etiquette. This odd upbringing, though somewhat out of place in Mandalorian society was an important factor in Sera eventually becoming Chief of Clan Spar, allowing her transition to leadership to be as simple and smooth as possible.

As leader of Clan Spar Sera takes her roll very seriously. One can almost always find a smile on her face and a bit of honey in her voice. When it comes to diplomacy, conversation, and even the judgment of criminals within her clan Sera often takes a light hand, believing that the carrot is better than the stick. She has a light hand with her people and those who show her respect. Her very nature is that of a kind benefactor, not a savage warmonger.

These usual tendencies hide a very surprising fact however, and that is Sera's deep and irreproachable hatred of Force Users.

Appearance:

Sera Spar, for all inclinations is an incredibly beautiful woman. Meeting somewhat of a stereotype when it came to beautiful warrior women Sera is almost an exact match to what many people dream about when they think of female Mandalorians. She is tall, muscular, and tone, a mane of red hair crowning her head and flowing down her back when she is not wearing her helmet. Despite these beautiful features Sera is also marred by dozens, if not hundreds of scars.

Since childhood Sera has been constantly fighting and engaged in some sort of violence, this conflict has lead to a rather well worn body.

Nearly every inch and space on Sera's body contains some sort of scar, with certain ones being far more prominent. Her face is decorated with a series of long scratches, one in particular reaching down from her left eye all the way down to the corner of her lip, earned from a particular vicious bout with a Death Watch Commando. Despite these features Sera is still quite something to look at, and even though many do not expect it she is almost always smiling, giving her an oddly cheery disposition.

Biography:
To understand Sera, and to truly know her history, one must first learn the story of Clan Spar.

During the Great Galactic War Clan Spar, like many Mandalorians, faithfully served the Sith Empire. They were among the Empire's elite Warriors and did the bidding of the Sith for many years. They were so honored and even well placed within the Empire that they partook in the famed Sacking of Coruscant. There Clan Spar distinguished itself, slaughtering many Jedi but also taking heavy casualties from the accursed force users. It was here that the Clan swore a blood oath of vengeance against the Jedi, and it was within that oath that the Clan's eternal hatred of Jedi was set in stone.

Though they served faithfully, and intended no harm to the Empire, Clan Spar was eventually framed by an unfaithful Mandalorian. The Empire reacted as Empire's due, striking quickly and swiftly against Clan Spar.

Nearly overnight almost the entire clan was wiped out, all but few being killed with the use of chemical weapons.

It was this act, this bloody and villainous treachery that permanently sealed the Clan's hatred for not just Jedi, but all force users. After this betrayal by the Empire Clan Spar's numbers suffered. Though once there had been hundred, now there were less then a dozen. They had been depleted, attacked, beaten, but not broken. The Clan swore their vengeance, swore they would not forgive, and they would not forget. So over the centuries they went on, they rebuilt, regained their numbers, and boded their time.

So it was within this tradition that Sera was born, it was within this tradition that Sera learned her hatred.

The young Mandalorian was brought up learning the evils of the Sith, being shown the hypocrisy of the Jedi. She learned from her parents, and then she saw. She watched as the Jedi and the Sith fought, as they killed hundred and invaded her world. She watched with pain and vengeance in her heart and force users tore into one another and broke the galaxy apart. Sera saw them for what they were, blights. She saw that the Jedi and the Sith were no different, and realized that those with their powers, that those with their strengths were destined to abuse them.

So as was the way of her clan, Sera grew with hatred in her heart. As she grew older that hatred became more defined, refined into a thinly honed edge. She saw her own people fall to the blight of the galaxy, saw Mand'alor himself succumb to the use of the force, weakened by what so many perceived as a strength. In disgust she removed herself from her people and her clan, entrusting the well-being of the Spar's to her Uncle while she took a pilgrimage. She wandered the galaxy, fought and killed as much as she could, eventually running afoul of the Silver Sanctum Jedi. It was at an attack of one of their temples that she was captured and eventually sent to prison.

For Sera, time flew by within those walls. She looked upon her history, the history of her clan, and the history of her people. She thought, she plotted, and she planned.

Then came the day when Clan Spar needed her, when her Uncle finally decided that enough was enough. The clan hired Saeva Incorporated to find Sera and bring her home, a task that Kiran Vess himself would take up. He along with Laguz Vald would break Sera free from her prison within the SSC, bringing her back to Clan Spar to enact her plans.

Since then she has worked closely with Saeva to further Clan Spar's goals. After building up the strength of Clan Spar Sera now seeks the loyalty of other clans with like minds, moving to unite them under a single banner.
