• Non-Dimetris Circuitry: This lightsaber does not feature Dimetris Circuits within the Activation Loop, thereby conferring resilience against Cortosis.

STRENGTHS

• Ascendance: This lightsaber boasts the ability to temporarily augment its cutting power for two minutes, permitting the ability to cut through typically-resistant materials (i.e. Mandalorian Iron) with effort.

DESCRIPTION

In recent history, the Confederate Knights Obsidian were dealt a grievous blow. A cataclysm from the Netherworld unleashed monstrosities across their fortifications, laying low their midst to a mere handful of survivors. During the chaos, Abel Denko's first lightsaber had been destroyed. Originally a keepsake from his mentor, Saer Lorian , Abel was unable to simply discard the remains. Rather, he partnered with the newly founded Obsidian Arms to salvage as much as possible. The collaboration saw a first generation Obsidian Lightsabre used as the skeleton to transplant functional parts - namely the Solari Crystal and the Ascendant Module.

The final result was a fully functioning crossguard lightsaber befitting an Obsidian Knight.
