STRENGTHS
Destructive Fighter-Bomber: The Scurrg H-611 carries plasma cannons, modular warhead launchers, an autonomous rotating cannon, and proton bombs, giving it strong strike power against transports, corvettes, surface targets, stations, and exposed capital-ship systems.
Strong Defensive Package: Reinforced armor, shield boosting, mag-shielding, combat de-ionizers, ionization buffers, and ablative plating make the H-611 tougher than many standard starfighters.
High Maneuverability: Etheric rudders, lateral thrusters, maneuvering thrusters, and maneuvering jets allow the craft to turn and reposition well for a heavy fighter-bomber.
Countermeasure Heavy: Chaff, scramblers, electronic countermeasures, missile deactivation transmitters, and SkyBlind-derive systems help protect the craft from missile locks, sensor sweeps, and ambushes.
Flexible Payload: The variable-ordnance launchers allow the H-611 to carry different mission loads, including concussion missiles, proton torpedoes, anti-armor warheads, ion munitions, and bunker-busting payloads.
WEAKNESSES
Low Speed: The H-611 is durable and maneuverable, but it is not fast in sustained flight. Interceptors and dedicated pursuit craft can catch it if the bomber loses formation support.
SLAM Power Drain: The Active SLAM system provides short acceleration bursts, but it draws heavily from weapons and engine reserves. Overuse can reduce firing output, strain the engines, and make the craft easier to punish once the burst ends.
Large Target Profile: At 22 meters long and 35 meters wide, the H-611 is larger than many starfighters and presents a broad target during bombing runs.
Payload Dependent: Much of its threat comes from bombs and warheads. Once those are spent, the craft becomes far less dangerous against hardened targets.
The Scurrg H-611 Fighter-Bomber was produced by Kuat Systems Consortium as an open-market modernization of the older Scurrg H-6 bomber concept. The original Scurrg line was known for heavy firepower, proton bomb chutes, and pirate association through the infamous Havoc starfighter. The H-611 keeps that destructive role while updating the frame with stronger armor, improved countermeasures, retractable weapons, and limited automation.
The fighter-bomber is built for customers who need a compact strike craft capable of threatening cargo ships, pirate rivals, fortified landing zones, light escorts, and exposed capital-ship systems. Its variable-ordnance launchers allow different payloads between missions, while its proton bomb chutes make it especially dangerous during attack runs against ground targets or large vessels. The autonomous rotating twin cannon helps cover attack angles while the pilot focuses on bombing or missile locks.
The H-611 is durable but not subtle in a prolonged fight. Its reinforced shielding, armor plating, mag-shielding, ion buffers, countermeasures, and Droid Mod AI help keep it alive under pressure, but its low sustained speed and large profile make it vulnerable to interceptors. Pirate groups favor the design because it is destructive, flexible, and intimidating, while lawful customers use it as a convoy bomber, patrol striker, or planetary-defense craft.
