STANDARD FEATURES
  • Reinforced nano-treated composite hull
  • High-speed omni-directional thrusters
  • Heuristic repair prioritization logic
  • Internal 3D-print fabber with multirole material bays
  • AI-guided patch algorithms
  • Onboard surge weld emitter & conduit relays
  • Crystadurium shock-absorbent core frame
  • Auto-return-to-ship logic when depleted
  • EM/thermal-dampened plating

ADVANCED SYSTEMS
  • Boreas-cooled microfabrication nozzles
  • Synthek-armature crystal-weave print heads
  • Kyromite surge balancing buffer (prevents weld overload)
  • Integrated structural scanner with nanosecond telemetry
  • Reactive threat evasion logic
  • Self-scuttle fail-safe (prevents boarding risk if captured)
STRENGTHS
  • Live Hull Repair: Actively repairs hull plating, radiators, emitter vanes, and sensor housings mid-battle
  • Tiny and Fast: Very hard to hit; immune to most tracking systems
  • No Weapons = Big Swarm: Can field 16 drones per group without combat balance issues
  • Smart and Self-Sufficient: Requires no micromanagement; adapts in real time
  • Compatible with Most Ship Types: Deployable by any ship with a drone cradle, regardless of class
WEAKNESSES
  • No Combat Capability: Cannot defend itself or contribute offensively
  • Short Operational Duration: Carries ~45s worth of repair material
  • Vulnerable to Ion/EMP Fields: Can be disabled if caught in area denial effects
  • No Hyperdrive: Cannot redeploy without host ship or carrier
  • Specialist Role: Only repairs physical hull — cannot affect shields, reactors, or deep-core systems
DESCRIPTION
Nicknamed “Buzzers” by Commonwealth fleet crews, the S-84 Scryver drone is a mobile, AI-guided hull repair platform the size of a compact speeder bike. Designed to keep capital ships, cruisers, and escorts alive under pressure, it swarms across hull breaches, patching composite plating in real time with advanced field fabrication tech.

Too fast and too small to be easily hit, the Scryver is the answer to a key problem in modern naval warfare: you can’t wait to reach drydock when your deck is on fire. Instead, you launch the Buzzers — and watch the ship knit itself back together.

Deployed in groups of 16, these drones can stabilize a flanked vessel, reinforce a shieldless carrier, or buy critical time during fleet withdrawals.
