Scen Idrod
Character
Background:
Scen Idrod, a young Zygerrian from the homeworld of Zygerria. He was born into a modest family, being raised on the, still ever present, beliefs and ideologies of 'the strong rule the weak'. However, due to a lack of remaining slaves on the planet, he never really experienced what his ancestors did in their Empire's prime. When he was 16, he left home in search of a place to call his own. He travelled for a while before getting a few jobs and saving his money, enough to consider starting his own business, or investing in one after he turned 24.
He has recently met with two individuals who, alongside him, are going into business with their new canteen.
Personality:
He's a rather honest guy, in terms of telling the truth at least. He wears his heart on his sleeve, feeling he has little to hide... except when it comes to potential business ideas. He may, or may not, try to find 'shortcuts' to improve business funds and profits, even if some of them are shady. It's not necessarily from a place of greed or malice, he truly wants the things he does to be successful, he just doesn't always go about it the best way.
Despite this, he's loyal to those he sees as friends, valuing their opinions and their company above all else. If a friend were to tell him he's done something very, very wrong, he'll seek to rectify the issue as quick as possible. He's open with his emotions and honest with his thoughts, which results in him occasionally suggesting the extreme of 'just use slaves, it does work'... only to apologise and get physical repercussions, admitting it was a joke in poor taste.
However, he was still raised with a 'strong rule the weak' mentality, even if he's outgrown part of it. He'll occasionally talk down to someone acting truly pathetic (such as if they were literally grovelling, or something similar), but it doesn't come from a bad place, at least anymore. He'll talk harshly in hopes they get stronger for it. He thinks if someone is weak, they'll get chewed up in the galaxy, so best be hard enough they get stronger so they can survive. Again, it's a 'best intentions, bad execution'.
Appearance:
He is a Zygerrian of slightly below average height at 5'5, with a more lean build than most males of his species. He has light brown fur over his ears, head and the sides of his chin. He has two small bone spurts on his chin. He has bright yellow eyes on black sclera. He often wears a simple reddish-black tunic and black pants with boots. He also has sharp canines and claws, though the former are hardly seen (he never opens his mouth wide enough) and the latter don't see much use besides opening bottles.
Equipment:
He does keep an electrowhip on him for protection, being able to use it proficiently. However, tends to limit the use to removing rowdy customers with force.
