PERSONAL INFORMATION
APPEARANCE
Often Scarlett stands out because of her appearance. She has the tall, curved figure of a professional dancer and the toned, fit frame of a trained field agent, as well as classic dark exotic good looks and crimson red eyes that can frequently appear as if they're staring into your soul. During her day-to-day life, she'll make a point of flaunting her looks with only the most attractive clothing, usually red because it's her namesake and also her most flattering colour, and fixes her hair into flawlessly tousled film-star waves, all pulled together with subtle eye makeup. When she's on stage, Scarlett has no qualms about displaying her body, so she puts on suggestive clothing - sometimes overly so - always managing to not be outrageous, and wears flashy jewels and thick layers of smoky stage makeup. Often she'll also use a pheronome perfume to ensure that all eyes are on her.
However, once she's in the field, she'll either be perfectly disguised or totally concealed by the Force, because all spies, even vain spies, know that there are times when you don't want all eyes on you. If she is expecting a duel, she'll wear black military-style combat gear with a chrome-plated chestplate, armed with her saberstaff and a handgun.
PERSONALITY & BEHAVIOR
Scarlett is a double agent, so accordingly she has a double personality. One side of her personality is the thrill-seeking party girl who goes from club to club seducing men. That side of her was created as her cover, but had elements of truth in it to make it more realistic and easier for her to act as - Scarlett is motivated by adrenaline and passion, occasionally too much. Many of her friendships were formed under this cover, and it is as much a part of her as her other, more genuine personality. As the omnipotent spy known as the Viper, Scarlett is a master fighter and an expert with reason - but her other personality shines through. Scarlett's main weapon is her knowledge of the human mind; how it works, how it is motivated and how its weaknesses are exploited. As Scarlett she uses that power to get men, but as the Viper she uses it to trick information out of people and then extract information from that information; Scarlett is vain in a superficial way, whereas the Viper works to maintain their reputation as a deadly double agent whose power should never be underestimated; Scarlett enjoys pushing things by partying and seducing Sith whereas the Viper is unafraid of danger and works best under a ticking clock - or even better, a ticking bomb.

History & Background
PRE-RP:
Scarlett was born in a ship en route to a party, but since she was raised on Mandalore, by Mandalorians, and follows most Mandalorian cultures, she calls herself a Mandalorian to avoid awkward questions. However she personally doesn't feel ties to any one planet and her loyalties are only to those she pledges loyalty to - then only her parents. Both her parents were neutral Force-wielders with a love for breaking rules and so she was raised as a wild child who left wonder in her wake. First she was trained to fly before she was even ten because her parents were always shuttling her from place to place on whims, then they taught her most of what they new about the Force - which didn't go far past the basics - in their backyard, then they left her with a hermit ex-witch for nearly a year who told her everything she knew of both Force magic and witchcraft as well as a number of other things during her stay before her parents returned from their travels and brought her back to Mandalore. By then she was a wordly woman who seemed wise beyond her years yet never used that wisdom, and that was when she realised her talents and all the best places to use them. Once she'd finished her education she made Scarlett Orion into a dancer and got herself some job offers, all the while creating the Viper to sneak into the spy networks as a freelance agent.
