Intent: To create a standard hyperdrive for Sasori to be able to use and serve as a base for a project
Development Thread: If Needed
Manufacturer: Sasori Research
/Saotome Foundry
Model: Hyperdrive
Affiliation: Sasori Private Customers
Modularity: Upgradable (requires new submission)
Production: Minor

Material:
  • Alusteel
  • Desh-Terethium Components

Strengths:
  • Faster, Stronger: THe casing is designed to be strong and more lightweight while including two main upgrade slots that allow more upgraded versions of the hyperdrive to be made for custom and special ships (requires new submission)
    Hyperdrive Class: 1

Weaknesses:

  • High Maintenance: The more sophisticated the hyperdrive the more it is either going to cost to buy or cost to maintain. In this case the price is in maintaining it with the ships. Generally able to be worked on at Sasori locations and on stations but you can't go to long without the warning klaxon
Description: Designed by Sasori to be a standard hyperdrive that can be installed on their ships and use different upgrades that are produced. The smaller stronger units are made with Saotome and Sasori's ships in mind to give it both speed and durability compared to others. It might be an average hyperspace speed that others can get but it is made to be worked on and with two main slots to upgrade it. The first slot is made to fit when purchased with a momentum sustainer you can upgrade it with. The secondary slot is something for experimental upgrades and different works that Sasori has been trying out. A chance to have a base model hyperdrive constructed for them to experiment with for improvements. Upgradining and improving the general speed of the hyperdrive is more then welcome to help the ones who buy it in the ships.

Alright, please hyperlink that in your submission where it mentions it.

By the words of the wookiepedia itself, this material is very rare. Having the drive at mass production wouldn't make much sense, if you put it at Limited, I will just stamp it though.
