DESCRIPTION
The Santhe-Sienar SLT-100 Light Transport is a small ship that can be configured either for short-haul passenger transportation or light freighter duty. It incorporates common Sienar technology like Twin Ion Engines for sublight travel and laser cannons borrowed from the Tie Avenger for defense. Handy features like a detachable cargo bay allow it to dump cargo in case of an emergency. The place where the SLT-100 really shines is in its speed and maneuverability. The small transport ship handles like a starfighter, with remarkable acceleration and turning radius. It is likely to outrun anything it can't outgun, and with a Type 1 Hyperdrive, it can jump quickly between neighboring systems.
