- Population: Moderate to Crowded depending on the schedule and time of day. Residency is sparse, but the district never closes; most of the crowd is there to shop or witness an event.

- Wealth: High The Santhe District is aimed at the top of the economic pyramid. There are servants, staff and entertainers of lower wealth, but most are only there to earn a living.

- Freedom & Oppression: Security is tight to keep out the riff-raff. Anything that would upset the Imperial elite is kept out of the district by force if necessary.

- Concert/Theatre Row - A collection of state of the art homes for concerts and plays. Led by the Grand Imperial Opera House, which is a virtual replica of the Galaxies Opera House on Coruscant on a two times scale and with all the modern upgrades.
- Museum Alley - A collection of museums, some dedicated to the history of the Allied Tion Sector as well as several iterations of Imperial rule throughout the galaxy, while others are dedicated to art and scientific breakthroughs.

High
While there is no official military presence in the district the streets are patrolled by droids mostly unassuming in appearance, but some are quite obviously there to keep the peace by any means necessary. There is also a Criminal Investigations Squad stationed in the district to take complaints and find any criminals that manage to upset the experience for the Imperial upper class. A vehicle has to be properly registered in order to operate within the district. Sensor outposts are set up throughout the district and vehicles without proper registration are reported to security and forcibly removed.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The newest, fanciest and most exclusive district in the Empire if not the galaxy. Under the oversight of
Vyllia Santhe
, an Imperial administrator on Lianna and matriarch of the influential Liann family, the Empire of the Lost looked to place their stamp on the galaxy as a hub of social elegance. The district has sections devoted to museums, plays and concerts, and sporting events. Sprinkled amongst these crowd attracting sights are numerous shops, hotels, restaurants and clubs all catering to the rich and influential members of Imperial Society.The district was built on the site of an abandoned Sienar factory. It was inhabited by the lower class prior to the arrival of the Empire of the Lost. Vyllia and the Santhe family used their wealth and influence to drive this project to completion so that the capital of the Empire was not blemished by the low class slums and had a grand district of elegance to hang their hat upon.
