[SIZE=9pt]Description:[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] The SA-XVA powercell is a creation of Iscariot Industries in light of their need to create energy weapons. Not willing to buy powercells from other companies the SA-XVA was created. After numerous failures and backwards engineering other powercells it was finally created. The Sa-XVA has a higher storage rate compared to diatium powercells, but is nothing special when compared to other brands that use Phobium. However they are only compatible with weapons and tools created by Iscariot Industries due to the way they are created and shaped. Like powerpacks they do have a built in Sturm Dowel to help disperse the energy safely to ensure the cell [/SIZE]doesn't[SIZE=9pt] explode during use. [/SIZE]

There have been similar submissions recently using Phobium rather than Diatium, and I will approve of it on condition that it is not used to power something outrageous. It has canon precedence, so the advantages are understandable.
