STRENGTHS
  • Highly Armored - The armor of an S-B2 Super Battle Droid is durable indeed, able to soak up plenty of energy and kinetic damage. This makes them durable combatants on the field of battle, able to shrug off most glancing shots with ease.
WEAKNESSES
  • Lumbering - The S-B2 is slower than it's S-B1 predecessor, mostly due to the fact it's more heavily armored and larger than the more nimbler S-B1 unit. While capable of firing while walking, it cannot move faster than a slow jog in an emergency situation.
DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the successes of the S-B1 Battle Droid, Saryn decided to next create a successor to the B1's heftier, durable cousins, the B2 Super Battle Droid. These S-B2 units are built to be durable and sport ample firepower, though are not modular like the S-B1 units are. As such, they serve well as either heavy fire support for squads of S-B1s, or as their own dedicated formations, able to march through the thickest lines of enemy fire to engage their foe.
