* Governmental Center - The seat of government on Rothana. Now under the control of the Imperium. Here the day to day governing of the world and its orbital industrial ring are managed.
* Catacombs - Series of caverns and tunnels under the city. This long forgotten underworld hides secrets forgotten over the centuries and seldom houses criminal organizations.
* Centers for Science and Industry - This is the main advanced educational facility on Rothana. It houses top secret research projects and a large number of Chiss engineers make this their home.
* Port Livingston - The main commercial starport of the capital city. Here much of the trade and commerce of the world is shipped and received. Sitting on the nothern flats, an area of barren ice fields, this port is the only facility on the world large enough for capital scale shipping to land.
* Icehouse Dinner - A quaint little dinninr facility on the edge of port Livingston where travelers can enjoy a drink ot food while waiting for the next ice hauler off the world.
* Blusak Detention Facility - The main judicial headquarters of Rothana and the largest prison on the world.
* Lucky Lous Casino and Haberdashery - Here a man can get a nice fitting jacket only to lose it at the sabacc tables.
* Madam Svetsuanas Emporium - A department store hosting a variety of products and services where everyone can get what they want
* Star Bucks - A hunting lodge on the edge of the city where you can get a hot drink and hunt what moves in the snow.

Description: A widely dispersed city built atop of cavernous mines and caves. Built on a frozen world where the temperature never rises above freezing the city is domed over half of its surface leaving the other half for extensive industrial operations and ports for commerce.
History:
The world of Rothana is a cold and unforgiving world. The generations of explorers and colonial expeditions creates the nexus that one day would become Rythan city. It was not until the engineering team sent by Kuat Dive Yards arrived and began to modernize the world's primitive outposts that the city began to take shape. Quiberon Kuat and an army of Kuati personnel fell upon the world and created a solid infrastructure and built the foundation for the world's governmental seat of power.
Built atop the cavernous mining operation once abundant on the world The Kuati Engineers fortified these mining tunnels and large underground caverns. Constructing large underground chambers for storage and to house the equipment needed to keep the city alive.
Centuries have passed since those days of industrial growth and the world and the city of Rythan still stand. Their industrial might diminished due to the rages of time but still a powerful beacon of grown and commerce in the outer rim.
With the arrival of The Imperium, the world has begome more active. The inflix of Chiss military and engineers and the retinue of Ragithian security force brought to the world by the Imperium work tirelessly with the native humans and the personnel of the Imperium, to restore the world to what it once was.new revenue and commerce have been growing in the system and the Orbital facilities surrounding the once great frozen world are once again producing weapons of war. From Rythan City the Imperium Forge Works, as well as other corporations centered on the world, will create a new future for the system and the outer rim itself.
