STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
When it came to personal combat, Kirk excelled when able to pilot a starfighter. He stood above his peers with style and an insight into star fighter maneuvering not often seen. He has proved his capability in dogfights several times before, through battles and campaigns.

However, his ability in without a starfighter remained wanting. While Kirk knew how to handle a pistol quite well and was extremely fit, he could not fair well even with the average bounty hunter. Inside of a cockpit was his domain, and when placed out of it he would have to struggle just in order to survive a personal fight.

Yet, Kirk was skilled in the cunning and innovation that his species stereotypically displays. In moments where the chips seemed down, Kirk would be able to create a plan on the spot in order to not die. Usually, these plans involved becoming seemingly suicidal, yet they have so far always ended in his favor. This assisted his ascendance to commander-type roles, though it also placed him in a bridge instead of being in a starfighter - thus losing one of his talents.

Due to his alien nature and young age compared to his rank, Kirk found it difficult to be a commander at times. Many Imperials were likely to require Kirk to go at lengths to explain his strategies and tactics. This lead to the implementation of many of his plans to take up more time than normal.

One advantage Kirk had to socializing with non-Chiss was that he was far more outgoing than his species typically were. He seemed to always carry a friendly demeanor, and was always willing to spend the night with a woman. This was especially important when most of Kirk's company were not Chiss. Yet, it did not extend to professional situations with Imperials that believed in human supremacy.

On the flip side of that, Kirk's interactions with fellow Chiss always seemed awkward. He easily could be ostracized and outright ignored due his behavior being outside of the Chiss's norms.

BIOGRAPHY:

Born between the houses of Rytek and Intrano on Csilla in 810 ABY, Kirk enjoyed a relatively comfortable life in the high middle class at the graces of his secondary house, Intrano. However, his parents were assumed to have died just after he was born of unknown causes. The infant Chiss was adopted by one of his unmarried aunts, who took care of him until he could go to boarding school. However, Kirk never was able to make a lasting bond with his aunt, so he never developed the need or experience with close relationships required at such a young age.

Through Mitth'anos'intrano, commonly known as Thanos, the Intrano Household had a link to the Household Mitth, one of the most influential Chiss families in the Ascendency. Because of Household Mitth's ties to the military, Kirk was slated to join the military before he could even speak. His studies heavily included math and science to build a good foundation for logic as well as tough physical training. From an early age, Kirk became interested in space and frequently sneaked off to galactic ports on Cormit, the planet he was mostly raised on.

This interest in space eventually grew into almost an obsession for traveling the galaxy. His dream was to one day visit every single system in the galaxy. In order to do that, Kirk attempted to become a pilot for the resurgent Chiss Ascendency. He managed to get the top grades of the naval academy for his class.

When he was about ten, Kirk began to grow bitter over Chiss culture and became increasingly irritable. Up until that point, he was generally seen as a candidate for adoption by Household Nuruodo, even if his behavior was more outgoing than traditional Chiss. Kirk always seemed to have been a party boy by Chiss standards. His pursuit for carnal pleasure with the many aliens that visited Cormit also facilitated in the spread of rumors. However, his ability in training kept officials from acting too harshly - for the moment.

Still, he decided to leave upon hearing of the Sith Empire making contact with the Chiss Ascendency and establishing an exchange program. Kirk made the move in late 820 ABY, starting his military career as an Pilot Officer.

Despite being a trained pilot, Kirk still required experience before being considered a true pilot. That experience came in hard and fast as his Joint Chiss-Imperial task force was ambushed by pirates while on a routine. The pirates' star destroyers made quick work of the task force's own single star destroyer. However, a determined Kirk made a distress signal while charging toward the pirates in an attempt to take on the pirates' star destroyers, which were not well equipped to take on fighters.

Before Kirk could even begin fighting, help had already arrived. A female, human Captain came in from Hyperspace with her own star destroyer and squadron of bombers. They made quick work of the pirates and saved what was left of Kirk's devastated task force. After Kirk showed competence as a pilot during the skirmish, the Commodore decided it would be best to personally train the young Chiss. Through her, Kirk managed to learn the basics of commanding a vessel as large as a super star destroyer, and especially learned how to manage and use weapon control systems.

Through future engagements in space, mostly with minor powers in the region such as the Tion Hegemony or the Centrality. In time, Kirk began to gain quite a bit of experience in space warfare as a pilot and as a small frigate weapon specialist. Due to this, Kirk rose to the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the navy in a few years. His presence as an alien still brought him some trouble in dealing with the Empire, yet Kirk began to find some acceptance and contentment in his life.

However, his time with the Empire took a wild turn. In 825 ABY, Kirk took some time on leave to travel back to the Ascendancy. He managed to make contact with Thanos. The older Chiss had begun to speak out against the far away Empire and sought to end the exchange program. This made Thanos a priority to eliminate in the Empire's eyes. During Kirk's say, Thanos was murdered by an Imperial assassin - Xochitl - in his own estate. Kirk, noticing Thanos's prolonged absence, attempted to search for the aging Chiss. Eventually, he discovered Xochitl posing as a masseuse - which did not bother Kirk due to his weakness to women at the time and the fac that Thanos also had such an interest in alien women. Such a woman was actually common to find lurking the estate. Eventually, Kirk and Xochitl's interactions escalated to that of both passion and danger. Kirk quickly discovered the danger this woman posed and even managed to foil several of her plans to frame him. They came to a stalemate, ending their raunchy evening with a declothed Kirk and a dead uncle.

With no ties to the Chiss anymore, Kirk went back to the Empire expecting to be a pilot or commander for the rest of his career. However, he eventually got assigned to jobs from Imperial Intelligence to escort their agents to covert missions. For the most part, Kirk did not mind such jobs as they ended up involving rather attractive femme fatales. That changed when Kirk got assigned to a job with Xochitl, less than a year from their first encounter. At first, the Chiss was uncomfortable with such a partner during their mission. After a close call for Xochitl, Kirk began to get used to her personality.

They continued to work together on several missions. During one mission, Kirk was seduced in a bar that he went to, alone, by the target - which he did not realize was the target. It turned out that the target knew who Kirk was and what he was here for and managed to lure him to her ship with false promises and the help of a powerful elixir much like a love potion. Once in her ship, she retrained Kirk and brutally tortured him. This resulted in several scars across his chest and a cybernetic kneecap and right arm. After being dumped on the streets, Xochitl found him and quickly brought him medical attention. In the months following that, Xochitl worked with Kirk to give him a tolerance to several toxins and elixirs so that such a thing would not happen again.

During Kirk's physical recovery, he was instructed by Imperial superiors to learn more about strategic warfare. Once he fully recovered, he was quickly placed into a position of authority in the Imperial Navy. In 828 ABY, he rose to the rank of Captain by being pushed by certain military higher ups looking for a Chiss face to keep the exchange program working. It was a high position for his age, even when adjusting for Chiss's accelerated ascent to adulthood.

However, what helped the Chiss was that his ability to command a Capital-ship excelled that of his peers. His experience in being taught how to utilize one by a Captain at the time ended up paying off. In many of the skirmishes that Kirk participated in, he pulled off unprecedented and efficient results - usually with many unorthodox tactics such as mini-jumps and cybernetic warfare. Due to his ability, Kirk was eventually promoted further up the rank. He managed to reach Vice-Admiral in 833 ABY, again quickly being promoted beyond what those at his age normally were.

By 835 ABY, Kirk's party boy behavior had been restrained - at least in public. He ascended to a position as of Moff of one of the Imperial sectors - being the commander of the military forces regularly stationed there. He maintained a shaky relationship with the Sith Lords at the time, as he normally did not attempt to communicate or socialize with them beyond to receive orders and relay reports. What the future holds for this Chiss remained uncertain, yet it was one that would surely be filled with many battles and intrigue.

I am open to having other characters have previous relations with Kirk, provided they are not in conflict with what other characters have incorporated. I am also amendable to creating original backstory content to get around such conflicts. This includes stuff that was role-played on the Gungan Council not explicitly stated here.))
