Ryna was born as a man named Ryan C. Casey, and this man was, unlike most Transgenders, fully comfortable with his birth gender, but changed because he was fully curious of how he'd be as a woman with the same personality traits as well. He changed his gender through testing a drug that was to improve body strength overall, but had a side effect that changed the gender after too many uses.
